Request account deletion and data removal
Important Notice
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers within 30 days. This action cannot be reversed.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
Account Information
- Your profile information (name, email, profile photo)
- Account credentials and authentication data
- Subscription and billing information
- Device and login history
Fitness Data
- Workout history and exercise logs
- Personalized workout plans
- Fitness progress and statistics
- Goals and achievements
- Body measurements and weight history
- Nutrition and meal tracking data
AI Generated Content
- AI-generated workout recommendations
- Chat history with AI fitness coach
- Personalized fitness insights
Data Retention
Some data may be retained for legal and security purposes:
- Financial records: Transaction history is retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting laws
- Security logs: IP addresses and access logs are retained for 90 days for fraud prevention
- Legal compliance: Data required for legal disputes or investigations may be retained as required by law
All retained data is anonymized and cannot be linked back to your identity.
Deletion Timeline
- Immediate: Account access is disabled
- Within 7 days: Your data is removed from active systems
- Within 30 days: Complete removal from all backups and storage systems
Delete your account / Padam akaun anda
Sign in with the email and password you use in the FitAI Coach app. Your account and data are deleted immediately after you confirm. Subscriptions bought through Google Play or the App Store must also be cancelled in that store.
